Platform
Six tools. One pipeline. No portal-hopping.
More capacity with the team you have. Relay runs the work between intake and delivered quote. Your people review, decide, and sell.
The tools
Every tool does a job your team hates.
Start with quoting. Add the rest when you are ready. They all feed the same client record.
Quote Queue
AI runs your carrier portals in parallel and returns quotes with proof.

How it fits together
Client info goes in once. A reviewed, quoted, deliverable result comes out. Here is the path.
Intake forms collect client info once, in plain language.
Parsing turns dec pages and ACORDs into structured data.
The workbench is where a person verifies the risk before it runs.
The queue takes verified data and runs every carrier portal at once.
Client records keep the whole story, first quote to renewal.
The alternative
What you’d have to bolt together to match it
“We’ve got three or four different systems. None of them talk to each other, and we’re paying way too much money for them.” An agency owner said that to us on a call. Here is the math he was describing.
The bolted-together stack
Comparative rater (quoting only, API carriers only)
Generic form builder (produces PDFs someone re-types)
Document AI tool (reads words, doesn't know insurance)
Spreadsheet or bolt-on CRM (client info filed by hand)
Middleware to connect it all (breaks when anything changes)
Four or five logins. Four or five invoices. Zero shared data.

Connectors
One login. One invoice. Every tool reads the same client record.
Connectors
And it talks to the tools you already run.
Connectors keep your inbox, CRM, and AMS feeding the same pipeline. Early access agencies pick what gets connected first.
FAQ
Common questions
What is the Relay platform?
Six tools that share one pipeline and one client record: intake forms, document parsing, an underwriting workbench, the quote queue, client records, and connectors. You can start with quoting and add the rest when you are ready.
What is live today and what is early access?
Quoting, intake forms, document parsing, and the underwriting workbench run today with agencies in the current batch. Client records and connectors are in early access, and early agencies help shape what gets built next.
Does Relay replace my AMS?
No. Relay handles the work your AMS does not: running carrier portals, reading documents, collecting intake. Connectors keep your AMS current as they roll out.
How do the tools share data?
Everything lands on one client record. A form submission, a parsed dec page, and a quote run all attach to the same client, so nothing gets re-typed between tools.
Do I have to buy all six tools?
No. Most agencies start with the quote queue and turn on the rest as they go. The tools are built to work together, not sold as a bundle you have to swallow whole.
