Connect your inbox.
Microsoft 365 and Outlook connect with guided setup and scoped access. Gmail and Google Workspace are in private preview. Your AMS stays exactly where it is.
How It Works
Connect the inbox your agency already runs on, let Relay prepare the work, and approve everything. Start with one workflow and expand when it is earning its keep.
The setup
Relay runs in the cloud and connects to the inbox your team already uses. Here is the whole setup.

Need a quote for our new home
Every email is read, tagged, and assigned as it lands. Documents become useful data with the source attached. A person approves everything before it leaves the agency.
Pick the workflow that hurts most and get it working first. Add the next one when the first is earning its keep, not before.

Start with one workflow
Each one is configured around the tools your team already uses. When the first workflow is working, the next one is a conversation, not a project.
Auto-tagging
Chen Household
Need a quote for our new home
Every message is read, tagged, and assigned the moment it lands. Routine replies come back as drafts, ready for a person to approve.
Auto-prioritize
Everything is connected, so Relay knows what is due, what is stuck, and what needs a person today. The urgent work floats to the top on its own.
Agency brain
Ask for a draft, a document, or an answer. Relay knows your clients and policies, and it responds with the source attached.
Quoting is different: it touches carrier portals, so it runs as a Research Preview with its own review. How the AI Quoting Preview works.
What day one actually looks like
Day 1
We connect your inbox with you, not for you. Scoped access, nothing installed, no IT ticket. You see what Relay can read before it reads anything.
Week 1
Relay tags, prioritizes, and drafts. Your team reviews the sources, decides, and sends. Nothing leaves the agency without a person approving it.
Day 30
Put Relay on your inbox for 30 days. If it does not earn its keep, we refund you. No fine print.
FAQ
Relay is a shared workspace, but it is designed around the inbox, documents, and handoffs your team already uses. Your AMS remains in place, and guided setup keeps the first workflow focused.
AI Quoting Preview workflows are monitored and maintained for the carrier, line, and state combinations configured for your agency. If a portal change needs review, Relay flags the workflow rather than making an unsupported submission.
Every quote goes through validation checks and lands in your team's queue for review. Nothing is submitted to a carrier without human approval. Automation handles the data entry. Your team handles the decisions.
Relay works alongside familiar systems such as Applied Epic, HawkSoft, EZLynx, AMS360, NowCerts, QQ Catalyst, and AgencyZoom. General two-way AMS synchronization is not currently offered; custom links are evaluated as pilots.
Only if you apply for the AI Quoting Preview. Credentials are stored with AES-256 encryption and accessed only by the automation system, never by humans.
Microsoft 365 and Outlook are available with guided setup and scoped access. Gmail and Google Workspace are in private preview.
Absolutely. Most agencies start with Relay on the inbox and expand from there.
Every run includes validation checks. Low-confidence details are flagged for human review before anything is sent or submitted.
Setup is assisted and starts with your inbox. Timing depends on your team and systems, and most agencies are reviewing prepared work in the first week. AI Quoting requires a separate carrier-mix and workflow review.
No. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. And if Relay does not earn its keep in the first 30 days, we refund you.
