No. Relay works alongside the AMS your team already knows. General two-way AMS synchronization is not currently offered, and every connection is labeled by availability.
How does the inbox connection work?+
Microsoft 365 and Outlook are available through guided setup. Gmail and Google Workspace are currently in private preview.
What does Relay prepare for the team?+
Relay organizes incoming work, reads source documents, prepares briefs and drafts, highlights uncertainty, and keeps the next owner visible.
Does AI send work or make coverage decisions?+
No. Relay prepares and explains the work. Your people review outbound work and retain coverage and binding decisions.
Is AI Quoting available as self-service?+
Not yet. AI Quoting is an assisted Research Preview. We confirm the carrier, line, state, and workflow fit before inviting an agency.
