About this implementation and its results
The before-and-after figures are the agency result reported by Relay’s founder: one to ten quote packets per operator-hour. A packet is one client submission quoted across carriers, not a single carrier quote. Separately, a September 2026 working session discussed a run of 10 submissions across three carriers in 40 minutes. The appetite tool is a separate workflow. Results depend on carrier availability, input quality, and review requirements; this result is not a guarantee for every agency.
