It is an assisted Research Preview, not a self-service product. We confirm your carrier mix, lines, states, and workflow fit before inviting an agency.
Which carrier workflows are supported?+
Support varies by carrier, line, state, and workflow. We review the current validation matrix with each applicant and configure only the workflows confirmed for that agency.
Does it submit anything without review?+
No. Your team reviews intake before the run, and every quote comes back for human review before anything goes to a client.
What happens when a carrier portal changes?+
Preview workflows are monitored. If a change affects a configured run, Relay holds or flags the work until the workflow is validated again rather than guessing through it.
Does Relay recommend which carriers to run?+
Not today. Guideline-informed carrier recommendations are in development. During the Preview, your agency selects the supported carriers.
