Does it submit anything without review?+
No. Your team reviews intake before the run, and every quote comes back for human review before anything goes to a client.
What happens when a carrier portal changes?+
Configured early-access workflows are monitored. If a change affects a run, Relay holds or flags the work until the workflow is validated again rather than guessing through it.
Does Relay recommend which carriers to run?+
Not today. Guideline-informed carrier recommendations are in development. During early access, your agency selects the supported workflows.
