What it does
The job, in plain terms
One record per client

Builds itself
Form submissions, parsed documents, and quote runs attach to the client automatically. Nobody files anything.
The whole team sees the same thing
Producer, CSR, and owner look at the same record. No client history trapped in one person's inbox.

FAQ
Common questions
Is this a full CRM?
It is becoming one. Today it is the system of record for clients, leads, quotes, and documents inside Relay. We are expanding it steadily, and early access agencies get a say in what comes next.
Does it replace my AMS?
No. It sits alongside your AMS and holds the quoting-side story. Connectors keep the two in sync as they roll out.
Who owns the data?
You do. Full export anytime, no fees, no lock-in. That is a company position, not a feature.
