You collected it once. Start from there.
Use the quote sheet, application, or form export your agency already collects. Turn that information into a source packet for the next form or quote.
A useful packet from the intake you have.
- Applicant
- Bluebird Electric
- Requested line
- General liability
- Current policy
- Included in source packet
- Updated payroll
- Needs confirmation
One focused follow-up instead of asking for the same facts again.
Start with the work on your desk.
A new client completes your online quote form. The same information should help with the next step, instead of becoming another PDF someone has to copy from.
What you bring
Submitted form or quote sheet
Export a readable copy from your existing intake process.
Relevant supporting documents
Add current dec pages or other documents that complete the picture.
The next workflow
Identify the form or configured quote task you want to prepare.
What you get back
A useful starting point for the quote
Bring the collected details into the task without starting with an empty brief.
A focused follow-up list
Ask for the missing information together so the next client conversation is more productive.
A request you can use
Use this submitted quote form to organize the information for a homeowners quote. List the client, property, and requested coverage details. Identify missing or conflicting answers. Do not invent a value to complete a field.
Your review before the next step
- Confirm the client's identity and requested effective date.
- Check which answers come from the intake and which need an updated source.
- Resolve missing material information before it is used in a quote or application.
Continue with the reviewed packet in the quote or application workflow confirmed for your agency.

Practical answers before you put this workflow to work.
Does Relay replace our public intake form?
You can keep the form you already use and start with its output. A public form builder is a different capability and should only be expected when explicitly available in your workspace.
Will submissions arrive in Relay automatically?
An automatic connection needs to be configured and verified for your form or inbox. You can start by bringing the exported document into the task.
Can it populate our AMS from the form?
That requires a specific write-back workflow. Preparing the information in Relay does not imply a general form-to-AMS integration.
Can I use a form completed by an agent?
Yes. A readable internal quote sheet can be a useful source. Include confirmed changes and leave unclear answers visible for review.
Keep the client work moving.
Stop copying the file into the next file.
Pull the client details out of dec pages, applications, and supporting documents. Use the reviewed information for a quote, a form, or the next client question.
ACORD generationThe same client details. Without the same typing.
Give Relay the client documents and name the ACORD you need. It prepares an editable form with the facts it can support, so you can spend your time checking the application and filling the gaps.
AI quotingYou already have the details. Put them to work.
Start with dec pages, an application, or your quote sheet. Relay enters the information in supported carrier sites and brings the results back, so you can get back to your client.
