Insurance Automation

Stop losing producers to paperwork. Automate your insurance agency.

Your team didn't get licensed to do data entry. Relay handles the repetitive work so they can sell.

The problem every agency faces

Your producers are drowning in admin work

Your producers spend 40% of their day on data re-entry. That's $0 in revenue. Every quote means logging into clunky carrier portals, entering the same data one carrier at a time, waiting for page loads and timeouts, and manually building comparison sheets. One lead can take 2-3 hours to quote across 8 carriers.

The invisible full-time clicker

$60K

a year, in clicking and pasting.

Add up the portal entry time across your team. You're paying for an entire position's worth of clicking, copying, and pasting. For most agencies that's roughly a full-time salary of work that generates zero revenue and zero client relationships. That's the position Relay replaces.

FAQ

Common questions

What types of insurance automation does Relay handle?+

Relay currently focuses on the workspace, inbox, documents, and human-reviewed handoffs. AI Quoting is a separate Research Preview for selected, configured carrier workflows. COI, claims, and policy-administration workflows shown here are future directions, not generally available products.

Do I need an IT department?+

No. We handle all setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance. Nothing to install, no code to write.

How is this different from a comparative rater?+

Comparative raters use participating carrier connections. AI Quoting Preview evaluates configured portal workflows outside that path, but support still depends on the carrier, line, state, and portal requirements.

Will automation replace my staff?+

No. It replaces the clicking and data entry so your team can focus on selling, client relationships, and complex judgment calls.
