About the data
How this site sources what it publishes.
If a number, a claim, or a contact detail appears on this site, it links to a source a reader can check. If we cannot verify something, we say so or we do not publish it.
The rules
We never invent statistics, ratings, testimonials, or contact information. Not for SEO, not for a launch, not to round out a page that feels thin.
Every number on this site links to a source a reader can check. When the source is Relay, we link the page that shows the methodology, not just the claim.
Product claims match maturity labels. Tools on this site are marked live, preview, early access, or coming soon, and the copy does not describe an unshipped tool as if it were live.
The loss-runs directory
Each carrier page in the loss-runs directory is verified against the public pages the carrier itself publishes. Every page shows its verification date and states what could not be verified. When a carrier does not publish a request path, the page says that instead of guessing one.
The benchmarks
Benchmark pages cite public sources inline, next to the finding each source supports. No source, no finding.
Relay holds its own numbers to the same standard. Our carrier portal automation benchmark is published with its methodology and limitations at /research/carrier-portal-automation-benchmark. Any Relay figure cited elsewhere on the site traces back to that page.
Corrections
Found something wrong? Email hello@relayins.com. We would rather fix a page than defend it. Corrections ship as edits to the page itself, and sourced pages show the date they were last updated.
