FAQ

Common questions

Where does the analytics data come from?+

It comes from activity captured in Relay, including submissions and the reviewed workflow states your team records. The product visual on this site uses clearly labeled sample data.

Which measures can an owner see?+

The current owner view includes submissions, quoted work, premium bound, bind rate, average time to bind, weekly movement, and submission-to-bind conversion where the underlying data is available.

What happens when there is not much data yet?+

Relay marks thin or preliminary periods instead of presenting them as a firm trend. Owners can widen the date range as the agency builds more history in Relay.

Is Analytics employee monitoring?+

No. It is designed to show the movement and outcome of agency work, not keystrokes or screen activity. The goal is to improve the process and keep work from disappearing.
