What AgencyZoom is
AgencyZoom is a sales and CRM platform for insurance agencies, owned by Vertafore. It is not a full agency management system. It focuses on winning and keeping business: lead management and a drag-and-drop sales pipeline, onboarding and retention automation, performance dashboards and goal tracking, automated Google review requests, commission plan tracking, and a mobile app for producers. Most agencies run AgencyZoom next to a separate AMS, which stays the system of record for policies and accounting.
How Relay fits
Relay is not an AgencyZoom integration or a Vertafore partner, and it does not sync AgencyZoom or your AMS or read from or write to either one. Because AgencyZoom is a sales and CRM layer rather than a full AMS, Relay sits alongside both: AgencyZoom keeps the pipeline and the client relationships, your AMS keeps the policies, and Relay works the inbox, the documents, the ACORD forms, and the carrier portals in between.
The point is to keep producers selling. AgencyZoom is built around the sales and retention motion. Relay takes the operational grind that motion creates: triaging the mail, parsing the documents a new prospect sends, drafting the ACORD, and, in the AI Quoting Research Preview, running carrier portal workflows with human review.

Does Relay integrate with AgencyZoom directly?
No. Relay does not read from or write to AgencyZoom. It automates the surrounding work: email, documents, forms, and carrier portals. Relay is not a Vertafore partner.
AgencyZoom is not an AMS. Does Relay replace our AMS?
No. Relay is not an AMS either. AgencyZoom stays your sales and CRM layer, your AMS stays the system of record for policies and accounting, and Relay works the inbox, documents, ACORD forms, and carrier portals alongside both.
We run AgencyZoom on top of another AMS. Where does Relay fit?
Alongside both, without touching either. Relay does not sync AgencyZoom or your AMS. It removes the typing and portal-hopping that happen before work gets recorded in them.
