What AMS360 is
AMS360 is an agency management system from Vertafore, Inc. It is built for independent P&C agencies, from small shops to large multi-location firms. It centers on carrier download, where new policies, endorsements, claims, and renewals flow in without re-entry, plus agency accounting with billing, invoicing, and auto-calculated commission splits, policy management, reporting, and customizable workflows. For an AMS360 shop, the AMS is the system of record: the book, the ledgers, and the downloaded policy data all live there.
How Relay fits
Relay is not an AMS360 integration and Vertafore is not a partner, and it does not read from or write to your AMS360 database. It works alongside the AMS on the work download does not touch: the inbox, the incoming documents, the ACORD forms, and the carrier portals. Your team stays in AMS360 as the system of record for the book and the ledgers.
That separation is deliberate. Carrier download is good at pulling issued policies, endorsements, and renewals into AMS360 without re-keying. It does not read the morning inbox, turn a loss run PDF into fields, draft a new-business ACORD, or run a quoting portal. That is the work Relay does before anything lands in the AMS: Ask Relay triages mail, Document Parsing reads the PDFs, ACORD Generation drafts the forms, and the AI Quoting Research Preview runs configured portal workflows with human review.

A CSR reads every carrier and client email, decides which account it belongs to, and re-keys the details into AMS360 as an activity or suspense.

Ask Relay reads, tags, and assigns incoming mail and drafts replies for review. The owner logs the outcome in AMS360.
Document intake

Download brings in issued policies, but loss runs, dec pages from other carriers, and application supplements still arrive as PDFs someone types into the account.
With Relay
Document Parsing extracts the structured fields from those PDFs so your team updates AMS360 from data, not from a scan.
ACORD preparation

CSRs assemble ACORD 125, 126, and 140 packets by hand from the account and the inbox.
With Relay
ACORD Generation drafts the forms from the client record and source documents. A person reviews and sends, then attaches the packet to the AMS360 account.

Does Relay integrate with AMS360 or connect to Vertafore?
No. Relay is not a Vertafore partner and does not read from or write to AMS360. It automates the work download does not: email triage, document extraction, ACORD drafting, and carrier portals.
