If our AMS already prepares certificates, why use Relay?
Keep the workflow that works best. Evaluate Relay where gathering the request, checking source documents, or preparing a draft reduces additional work. It does not need to replace every existing capability.
Does Relay issue the certificate?
No. It prepares a draft for review. Your agency follows its normal authorization, issuance, delivery, and recordkeeping steps.
Does Relay synchronize NowCerts or Momentum records?
This page does not advertise native synchronization or automatic write-back. Confirm any specific connection before depending on it.
What is a good first comparison?
