Loss Runs

How to request loss runs from Acuity.

Acuity is a mutual insurer headquartered in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, writing personal and commercial lines through a network it puts at more than 30,000 independent agents. Loss run requests come up most often on commercial accounts being remarketed.

How to request

Agent portal

Acuity's Agent Center is the self-serve route. Acuity's agent login page names loss runs specifically among what agents can find there, alongside billing summaries, policy documents, claim info, and certificates of insurance.

Phone

Acuity lists 800-242-7666 on its agent login page. Use it if you need help getting into the Agent Center or cannot find the report for your account.

What to include in your request

  • Named insured exactly as it appears on the policy
  • Policy number(s) and the policy periods you need
  • Years of history requested (three to five is standard)
  • Your agency name and producer code if you are the agent of record
  • A signed letter of authorization from the insured if you are not the agent of record

Sources and verification

Acuity's public agent login page lists loss runs by name as an Agent Center item, which few carriers do, so the portal route is confirmed. Acuity does not publish a loss-run request email or a turnaround time. Verified 2026-07-11.

Yes. Acuity's agent login page lists loss runs among the items available in the Agent Center for accounts you service, next to policy documents, claim info, and certificates of insurance.

Can I get loss runs from Acuity if I am not the agent of record?

Not through the Agent Center. Either the insured requests their own claim history, or you submit a signed letter of authorization from the insured with your request.
