How to request loss runs from Attune.
Attune is a platform for independent agents placing small commercial business. It writes businessowners' (BOP), workers' compensation, general liability, professional liability, flood, and cyber, with policies issued through its carrier partners. Loss run requests usually come up when you are remarketing an account you already service on the platform.

Attune is an agent-only market. Appointed agents quote, bind, and service accounts in the Attune portal at app.attuneinsurance.com, which is the first place to pull policy documents for business you write.
Carrier rep
General guidanceAttune's public Help Center documents the loss-run steps: for most policies you submit a request to Attune Customer Care and include the full policy number. Some products route to the issuing carrier, so Hiscox requests go to Hiscox directly and Coalition Cyber requests go through Attune's Help Center forms.
What to include in your request
- Named insured exactly as it appears on the policy
- Full Attune policy number for each policy
- The product line (BOP, workers' comp, cyber), since some products route to the issuing carrier
- The policy periods and years of history you need (three to five is standard)
- Your agency name and producer details as the servicing agent on the platform

Common questions
Can I get Attune loss runs if I am not the servicing agent?
Attune is an agent-only platform, so loss runs go to the appointed agent who services the account. If you are taking over the account, you generally need it moved to your agency or a signed authorization from the insured.
Where do Attune loss run requests go?
For most policies, Attune's Help Center directs agents to Attune Customer Care with the full policy number. Some products route to the issuing carrier, so Hiscox and Coalition Cyber requests follow those carriers' channels.
