The Cincinnati Insurance Companies write commercial and personal lines through appointed independent agencies. Loss run requests come up most on commercial package, auto, and workers comp accounts at remarketing time.

Agent portal
Appointed agencies work Cincinnati business through CinciLink, the agency portal linked from the public agents page on cinfin.com (sign-in at cincilink.cinfin.com). Cincinnati does not publicly document which reports live inside, so start there for accounts you service. Portal access problems go to IT Customer Support at 866-513-1133, per the public agents page.
Phone
Cincinnati does not publish a dedicated loss-run channel. Its public contact page lists Business Policy Services at 888-242-8811 for routine service requests, which is where an insured can start when the agent portal route is not available.

What to include in your request
- Named insured exactly as it appears on the policy
- Policy number(s) and the policy periods you need
- Years of history requested (three to five is standard)
- Your agency name and producer code if you are the agent of record
- A signed letter of authorization from the insured if you are not the agent of record
