How to request loss runs from Coterie Insurance.
Coterie Insurance is a small commercial carrier that sells through independent agents, writing businessowners' (BOP), general liability, professional liability, and workers' compensation. Loss run requests come up when you remarket a Coterie account or move one to a new carrier.

Online form
Coterie posts a loss run request form on its public Claims page. Producers and policyholders complete that form to request a loss run report.
Agent portal
Appointed producers can start a loss run request and other service actions from the Coterie Dashboard, which links to the same Claims page tools and the FNOL portal at claims.coterieinsurance.com.
Phone
Coterie's claims line is 1-855-680-2440, 8am to 5pm ET, for reporting a claim or asking about claim status.
What to include in your request
- Named insured exactly as it appears on the Coterie policy
- Coterie policy number
- Confirmation that you are the policyholder or the assigned producer on the account
- The policy periods and years of history you need (three to five is standard)
- Your agency and producer details if you are the servicing agent
