How to request loss runs from EMPLOYERS.
EMPLOYERS is a monoline workers compensation carrier focused on small businesses, distributed through independent agents. Because it writes one line, nearly every loss run request is a workers comp history pull for a remarket or renewal.

Agent portal
Appointed agents service EMPLOYERS business in the EACCESS portal. EMPLOYERS' EACCESS FAQ publishes the download path: open the policy page, click the Reports tab, select the report type and format, then click Download.

EACCESS agent support is 800-700-9113, published on EMPLOYERS' EACCESS FAQs for agents page. The customer support number on the policyholder FAQ is 888-682-6671.

General guidanceIf a policy term you need is not in the portal, ask your EMPLOYERS territory manager or underwriting contact to pull it.
What to include in your request
- Named insured exactly as it appears on the policy
- The insured's FEIN, which workers comp carriers use to match accounts
- Policy number(s) and the policy periods you need
- Years of history requested (three to five is standard)
- A signed letter of authorization from the insured if you are not the agent of record

Where do loss runs live in EACCESS?
On the policy page under the Reports tab. EMPLOYERS' EACCESS FAQ says to select the report type and format, then click Download.
Can the insured pull their own EMPLOYERS loss runs?
Yes. Policyholders get EACCESS logins too, and the Reports tab steps are published in the policyholder FAQ. If you are not the agent of record, having the insured download their own report is often the fastest route.
