Loss Runs
How to request loss runs from Foremost.
Foremost is a specialty personal-lines insurer and part of the Farmers Insurance group. It writes manufactured and mobile home, specialty homeowners, landlord and vacant property, motorcycle, RV, and boat, among other lines.
Foremost is personal lines, so a commercial-style loss run is not a standard product here. The claim history you need for underwriting or remarketing lives in two places: the specific policy's claims, which the servicing agent can see in Foremost's agent tools, and the insured's multi-year personal-lines loss history, which is stored at LexisNexis in the C.L.U.E. exchange.
How to request
Agent portal
General guidanceAppointed Foremost agents work policies through the Foremost Agent Portal at foremostagent.com, which houses ForemostSTAR, Agent360, and the Agent Resource Site. In ForemostSTAR, View and Report Claims shows claims on the policies you service.
Online form
For a full multi-year property loss history, the insured's personal-lines claims sit in LexisNexis C.L.U.E. The insured can pull their own C.L.U.E. property report from the LexisNexis consumer portal, free once every 12 months. Per the CFPB, C.L.U.E. holds up to seven years of home and personal-property claims and the report must be provided within fifteen days of the request.
Carrier rep
General guidanceIf you cannot access the account in ForemostSTAR, Foremost directs agents to their territory manager for portal and servicing help.
What to include in your request
- Named insured exactly as it appears on the policy
- Foremost policy number and the policy period
- The property or risk address
- The years of history you need (C.L.U.E. carries up to seven)
- The insured's written authorization if you are pulling history on their behalf
Sources and verification
The C.L.U.E. facts (seven years of property claims, one free report a year, provided within fifteen days) were verified on the CFPB and LexisNexis consumer pages. Foremost's own agent pages sit behind bot protection and could not be fetched, so the ForemostSTAR and territory-manager methods are marked unsourced. Their portal names are corroborated across Foremost's public agent site. No Foremost loss-run email, phone, or turnaround time is asserted. Verified 2026-07-11.

Common questions
Does Foremost issue loss runs like a commercial carrier?
Not really. Foremost writes personal lines, so there is no standard commercial-style loss run. Agents see claims on a serviced policy in ForemostSTAR, and the insured's multi-year loss history lives in LexisNexis C.L.U.E.
How do I get a Foremost policyholder's full claims history for remarketing?
The insured can pull their own C.L.U.E. property report from LexisNexis, free once every 12 months. It carries up to seven years of home and personal-property claims per the CFPB.
Where do appointed agents see Foremost claims?
In ForemostSTAR, inside the Foremost Agent Portal at foremostagent.com, under View and Report Claims for the policies they service. If access fails, Foremost points agents to their territory manager.
