Foremost directs policy-service questions to the local agent, with 800-527-3905 as assistance when the agent cannot be reached. Use this for routing help, not as a promised loss-run fulfillment line.

Can Foremost send the report to my new agency?
The form says loss history can only be sent to contacts already listed on the policy. Follow those choices; entering a prospective agency's email elsewhere does not establish authorization.
