Loss Runs
How to request loss runs from ICW Group.
ICW Group is an insurer group best known for workers compensation, written through appointed independent agents. It is one of the more self-serve carriers on loss runs: both the agent portal and the policyholder portal can produce them without a phone call.
How to request
Agent portal
ICW Group's Agent Portal has a Multi-Year Loss Runs feature. In the carrier's own words, agents can easily pull up to 5 years' worth of loss runs in a single step.
Online form
For loss reports older than what the portals hold, ICW Group directs requests through the Contact Us form on icwgroup.com. That guidance is published on the myResource page.
Carrier rep
General guidanceIf your portal access does not cover the account, ask your ICW Group underwriter to pull the report.
What to include in your request
- Named insured exactly as it appears on the policy
- The insured's FEIN, which workers comp carriers use to match accounts
- Policy number(s) and the policy periods you need
- Years of history requested (the Agent Portal covers up to five)
- A signed letter of authorization from the insured if you are not the agent of record
Sources and verification
The Agent Portal's multi-year loss run feature and myResource's self-service loss reports verified on icwgroup.com. ICW Group does not publish a loss run email or turnaround time, so none is listed here. Verified 2026-07-11.

Common questions
How many years of loss runs can I pull from ICW Group's Agent Portal?
Up to five years in a single step, per ICW Group's published Agent Portal feature list. For anything older, use the Contact Us form on icwgroup.com.
Can the insured pull their own ICW Group loss runs?
Yes. The myResource policyholder portal makes the first loss report available the day after the policy's effective date, and up to the last five years of expiring terms are available for download.
