Common questions
Does SECURA publish a loss-run request email?
No. SECURA's contact page lists claims@secura.net for claims and 800-558-3405 as its main line, but no dedicated loss-run contact. Route requests through AgentLink or your SECURA rep.
Can I get loss runs from SECURA if I am not the agent of record?
Not directly. Either the insured requests their own claim history, or you submit a signed letter of authorization from the insured with your request.
